To effectuate this, Stephanie is as aggressive as she needs to be in any case, knowing when to negotiate for a fair, amicable, and efficient settlement and when to litigate and press important conflicts to trial.

Stephanie is always well-prepared for court and enjoys all of the behind-the-scenes work necessary to prepare for court. Stephanie has researched and written countless motions to best address all issues before the court, and Stephanie has written appellate court briefs to correct or defend the lower courts’ rulings when needed.
