The Divorce Trial Manual is a comprehensive guide for trial lawyers on the art and science of family law trial advocacy. This is the third book Mr. Peskind has published for the ABA. The Family Law Trial Evidence Handbook was published in 2013 and 100 Days before Trial: A Family Lawyer Guide to Preparation and Strategy was published in 2015.
