To be selected, a rigorous evaluation process initiated that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field, and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process.

To be eligible for a ranking, a law firm must have at least one lawyer who is included in Best Lawyers in that specific practice area and location. Steven Peskind has been selected for Best Lawyers every year since 2013.
Peskind Law Firm continues to receive a Tier 1 ranking among all of the firms selected for Best Law Firms, meaning that Peskind Law Firm scored within a certain percentage of the highest-scoring firms selected.
